At Katana Kult, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all blades are properly sheathed and protective materials are intact.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our forge masters inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
